SSH OneShot is a compact iPhone application designed for the efficient management of SSH commands, facilitating their execution directly from your mobile device. The Lite version offers a basic experience with limitations on folder organization, allowing users to create only two folders; users can upgrade to an unlimited folder functionality through an in-app purchase.

Usage Scenarios
The application provides versatile functionality, enabling the execution of a variety of command-line operations from the convenience of your phone. The primary use cases include:

 <li>Blind Commands: These commands are executed without waiting for output, which is particularly useful for starting or stopping applications and services. For instance, in a Mac environment, one might utilize:</li>
 <ul>
 <li>osascript -e 'tell application "iTunes" to activate'</li>
 </ul>
 <li>This feature proves valuable when managing media servers located remotely. On a Linux server, an example command would be:</li>
 <ul>
 <li>service httpd stop</li>
 </ul>
 <li>Users can also run complex executable scripts tailored to their needs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
 <li>Commands with Results: Unlike blind commands, these are executed with the intent of receiving output. Typical examples include directory listings such as “ls” to verify the completion of file uploads or conducting service status checks. However, it's important to note that there are restrictions on certain command types; for instance, interactive commands that require terminal-specific information like 'top' or 'prstat' will not function. Efforts are underway to address this limitation in future updates.</li>

 <li>Status Commands: This feature enhances interactivity by automatically executing upon folder access. Commands will indicate their outcome through a red or green button: good results yield green confirmations, while no response defaults to red alerts. For example, checking whether iTunes is active can be done using:</li>

 </ul>
 <li>The command identifies running processes containing "iTunes," filtering out extraneous entries. The user can reverse the output logic using a toggle switch if needed.</li>

A pre-configured command for monitoring ZFS servers is:

 <li>zpool status | grep degraded</li>
</ul>
This setup allows for easy identification of offline disks when adjusting the “Null return is good” switch accordingly.

Security Considerations
User credentials are securely stored within the iOS keychain, and all network exchanges utilize SSH protocols, ensuring a robust level of security.

Navigation and Organization
The app allows users to easily manage their commands by pressing and holding any command or folder, enabling reordering, filing into existing folders, or invoking edit and delete options through the user interface.
